The CPTIPS website originated as an on line version of my book on cycling
nutrition BICYCLING FUEL. It has grown over the years with links
to other websites as well as the addition of questions and comments from
readers. In 2010 I will be working on reorganizing the content to make it more
user friendly. Below you will find the first step - a revised Table of Contents.
I would appreciate any thoughts on the overall organization of the site, content that needs clarification,
or wording changes to make it more intuitive. Enjoy the website and please take
a second to send
those comments on to me.
