Ginger for muscle cramps.

GINGER FOR POST EXERCISE MUSCLE PAIN?Ginger has been suggested asa treatment for post exercise muscle pain.

This study says "NO" for a single dose.

And this study gives only a tentative "MAYBE" when ginger is taken chronically.

My personal take away from the initial blog is the reminder of the harmful effects of aspirinand NSAIDS in a small number of athletes. If you feel the need to use something for your discomfort, ginger atleast has the advantage of minimal if any side effects. But I think the benefits are far from proven.
